Returns
1.To initiate a return, contact us via email: zenlilyboutique@gmail.com. All return requests must be received within 7 days of receiving item(s) and all returns MUST be shipped back to us within 14 business days. Please enclose the return form, you will find it below by clicking the link. If you can't access the form via the link, let us know so that we can send it to you via email. The return instructions can be different when returning to one of our warehouses. We will be able to address that once you have reached out to us.
2. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the item and inspect for damages, smells, cleanliness, you will be notified of our decision. If the item(s) are free of what is mentioned above, you will receive a shop credit for the purchase price of the item, less shipping. A discount code will be sent to you via email.
3. If you receive a damaged item, we will do our best to exchange the item, if the item is no longer available, a shop credit or refund will be issued.
We will not accept any returns that haven't met the requirements listed in paragraph 1. If you send back any item without meeting the requirements, you will be notified and you must pay for return shipping.
We DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, we apologize if the tab is misleading. However, we are unable to change it.
